The plan is designed in such a way, i.e. beneficial to every coming new consumer. After joining the organization, every new consumer will be called Independent Distributor. Just because of the unlimited nature of group building, the proper & stable plan of doing a result oriented business is must. This only is the reason of preparing effective Business Plans for unlimited People at every level.

There are few points of consideration:

This business is directly linked with ultimate consumers. And as per the company’s policy every consumer enrolled with company is called Independent Distributor. Obviously every new or existing consumer/Distributor is precious & worthy as a business of crores in future for company
So that the company provides a good sum of compensation on enrolling/Sponsoring any new distributor by any existing Distributor in the form of Direct/Indirect Enrollment Compensation & Compensation on selling one pair of Product kit in the form of “Pair Based Sale Compensation”.
The whole & ultimate target of building an unlimited group of Independent Distributors is to make huge turnover of sale of high quality products of Sunway. & this higher turnover of sale provides secure earning source through the perfect Sale plan of the company, which is called as “PV Income”. This plan is purely based on sale of products only & the income also is based on sale (big Sale, Big Gain & No Sale, No Gain) only.
Here the distributor get benefit as a difference of margin as per the given percentage slab in the form of PV income.
Here company presents a “business plan” where every body gets equal benefits according to there efforts.
Sunway offers earnings by two ways, one is the income by just recommending the companies product and business plan & building a group or creating team and second is the income from sale & purchase under that built group in the form of PV Income.

There are four ways of getting income

Pv Income - BV Income:

The best part of this concept is that you don't have to do anything different from what you have been doing till now. All you are required to do is to purchase sunway products (Business Kit) and get your registration through internet. And from then onwards, use sunway Products, because :-

You are getting best quality products with reasonable price
No chance of duplicate goods.
sunway business provide many source of income.

After using the product and feeling satisfied with quality and concept, you can share your views with your friends and relatives. This way they will also start using the products and so on. Thus the company does not require any advertisement or middlemen for selling its products. The amount saved will be distributed between you and the people who associate to the company because of you. Day by day as your group will expand your income will also increase.

Company distributes upto 21% Performance bonus, and up to 9% royalty and on qualification.

Business Volume is the actual value on which all the calculations for commission is done. It may be equal or less than M.R.P./ distributor cost

There are Three ways to get Income in sunway Business:

Sunway products Purchases for self requirement.
sunway products Retailing by you or your down liners distributors
sunway business kit purchased by new distributors in your down line.

* Note:-

1] Commisssion slabs are for you & your group's repurchase which will be added to the total business for the purpose of deciding your total commission slab.

2] Benefit of above difference commission will be given to only those distributors who have their own repurchase in the same month .

Commission is calculated on the basis of total business of your group. You get net commission after deducting the commission of your down line groups. This can be understood by a hypothetical example.

Suppose that your down line group "A" has done a total business of 1,05,000 B.V. in a month and group "B" has done total business of 50,000 B.V. in the same month. Also you purchased product worth 3000 B.V. for your needs. ;

Business of group A 1,05,000 B.V.

Business of group B 50,000 B.V.

Self Purchase 3,000 B.V

Total Business Volume 1,58,000 B.V.

Your Group total commission

Business 1,58,000x21%=33,180

(On the basic of total 1,58,000)

Less: Group of A commission

Business 1,05,000x15%=15,750

Less: Group of B commission

Business 50,000x13%=6,500

* 33180-15750 = 17430

* 17430-6500 = 10930

Your Net Commission Rs.10,930/-

* Note:-

1] Your total group business is a sum of your and all your distributors down lines business.

2] Repurcahse in self code in the same month is compulsory to earn commission.

3] This is a hypothetical example. commission can vary on the basic of actual figures of business.

The sunway volume royalty will be calculated based on the difference with the larger group.The sunway royalty will be given to those distributors who achieve the business volume for the month as given in the above table .

This can be understood by this hypothetical example:-

Total Royalty 6,00,000 B.V. * 9% = 54,000/-

Total Royalty of "A" 5,00,000 B.V. * 9% = 20,000/-

Net Royalty 34,000/-

* Royalty will be calculation difference basic and distributor shall be entitled for royalty of achieving business as per above example, and fulfillment of conditions as per terms and conditions of company.

Purchase Sunway products for minimum 1500 B.V. in that particular month.

Take minimum 1 meetings every month and minimum 12 in a year as assigned by the company. In the absence of assignment the distributor shall take meetings after obtaining the approval from the company.

* Note:-

All royalty bonus holder will have to buy Sunway products, monthly as follows.

21% slab 1500 B.V. monthly.

2 to 9 % Royalty holders 3000 B.V. monthly.

company’s BV turnover ( Point value/Business volume ) 1%-1% of total business volume of same month will be distributed among all the distributor who qualify for sunway super bonus.

Leadership Recognitions

As you attain the following qualification for the various honour-pins as stated below. you receive dignity and monetary benefits for your self as distributor

[a] Silver level distributor pin:

You qualify, if your group business achieves 10,000 pv and having a side leg of 3600 pv in a month in a financial year.

[b] Gold level distributor pin:

You qualify, if you maintain status of silver level distributor pin for at least 3 months in a financial year.

[c] Platinum level distributor pin:

You qualify, if you maintain status of silver level distributor pin for at least 6 month in a financial year. but a span of three months should be regular.

[d] Pearl level distributor pin:

You qualify, if your network of 2 down legs ( directly enrolled by you )maintains status of silver level distributor pin for 6 months in a financial year.

[e] Ruby level distributor pin:

You qualify,if your network of 4 down legs ( directly enrolled by you’re a,b) maintains status of silver level distributor pin for 6 months in a financial year.

[f] Diamond level distributor pin:

You qualify, if your network of 2 down legs ( directly enrolled by you )maintains status of ruby star distributor pin in a financial year.

Pair Product Points Income (PPP):

The incentive generated from this plan is distributed in unlimited depth of any distributor's network. Under this marketing plan every distributor will have two groups (right & left). On completing one pair (enrollment of one distributor in left& one in right), distributor will get maximum up to predetermined Pair Product Point (PPP) on that particular Joining Option per pair by the company up to unlimited depths. Maximum limit (Capping) of pair incentive per distributor in a Week is up to Rs.25000/- for the joining option less than Rs.6000/- is for beginners

joining amount exceeding Rs.6000/- is for professional marketing personals & make avail the facility of commission of Rs.40,000/- weekly basis only for pair plan. Eligibility of PPP Income is to Enroll at least direct 3 Distributors (One in left, one in right & third one in any of the side) Minimum common PPP Obtained from any leg only will be counted for payout of that closing.

An Example:

Total PPP obtained in left hand side=	900
Total PPP obtained in Right hand side=	550
Minimum common Obtained Pair Product Points=	550
Carried forward PPP from left side= (Considerable for next payout)	350
Total Income earned in first Step=	1100(550*2)
Total Income earned in Second Step=	400(20*2)

There is condition of preparing two groups, one in Left Hand Side & one in Right Hand Side. This Condition helps to maintain team work & helping environment just because of high benefits on increase of other’s income.

The ratio of Enrollment becomes 1:1 from Left & Right Hand Side Group.
